The hotel has an excellent location with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms, although small even for NYC standards, are as depicted in the pictures. Despite being a bit noisy due to lack of soundproofing, the rooms are adequately maintained. The service is welcoming and helpful, coming by daily. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions and transit lines. The dining experience offers various nearby options. However, the rooms show signs of wear with soap scum and dust, needing soundproofing improvements.
